Guys, my 350i '90 starts good and idle when cold is ok.
when i drive with a continue rpm (2000rpm-3000rpm)it's holding back a bit and when accelerate it's perfect. When car is "hot" the holding back is slightly going away. But than idle is a litle fluctuating up and down.

Plus(ngk) and leads(magnecor)are new.

Idea's ..............???

Thanks
Matthijs (Netherlands)

Hi
Sounds like the throttle pot, the track in it will wear in the most used section ie 2000 to 3000 rpm, you can check it on a volt meter, if it does not read steadie at a held posistion where your doing 2000/3000 rpm that will be the problem, in my opinion.

Try unplugging the throttle pot and see how it runs then.
