Has anyone got any good/bad experience of using UR Galaxy on ebay

I bought a lens hood from them and it arrived ok, I bought 2 more and neither have arrived?

They are now not responding to emails either?

Yes, several times with no problems and good communications. They have a good reputation on the net, at least they did when I was checking them out a year or more ago. Hugo So seems to be the sole proprietor so maybe he's having problems.

Shame really as I was planning to buy lots more toys from them!
