Found a Brochure and price list.
Thought you lot might like to see it.
As the company is no more, I'm hoping this is now not illegal to post. Please let me know if it is?

V. Interesting - thanks for posting. thumbup But wouldn't you have thought they'd have had the brains to turn the wheel of the front cover car so that the TVR logo in the wheel sentre was at least straight or pointing in some direction rather than down at the ground. yes

A very much asked question answered here, i.e. the roof panel is advertised as being carbon fibre... the topic of much debate over the years...

And don't you just love the 'under' statement that "you can - if you are really determined - make the chimearas tail slide wide at the exit of a greasy corner..."

Gosh - when I was a younger I used to write to local TVR dealers for the latest brochures. I remember poring over that one for hours. I never thought that I'd really own one, which is why the day I picked up the Chim remains one of the best of my life...biggrin

Thanks for bringing back some happy memories!

I you would like to see any other parts of the Brochure, just ask. And yes it includes pictures of the TVR '50' Flying team? yes they did have one!

Same for me concerning the brochure, brings back memories of my son picking it up and going through it.

Only found it the other day, forgot it was even there!!

Now I've got the Chimaera, I'm so pleased I kept it, its so easy to just bin these things when your not into them.

I have a copy of the original early (1992-1993) brochure. If anyone wants a look I'll have a go at scanning it in. The green Chimaera in it has a different center consol with door handles & a seperate pocket for the handbrake lever.

Cheers for this, Gadgit. I've been looking for one.

P.S. The ice detector is standard? where's that? or do they all pack up?

there is a little light on your dash. it goes blue < 5 degrees and red if < zero (I think).

It should toggle blue->red->off (or similar) when you turn on the ignition, at least mine does.
