HR / Recruitment Administrator
aquilaheywood is seeking a HR / Recruitment Administrator to join the HR Team, based in Redhill, Surrey. Heading up a small team, you will provide Recruitment and HR support to approximately 220 employees across the Group. Successful candidates will be a graduate, with a keen interest in Recruitment and HR.

Job Description:
Recruitment / HR Administrator role to ensure efficient and accurate recruitment administration. Administration of new starters and offers. Graduate recruitment to include assessment centres and liaison with universities.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, this role involves:
„X Administration of recruitment administration for the Group including, posting of adverts to relevant media, initial screening of candidates, arranging interviews, interview feedback to candidate/agency/manager, recording status on database, agency liaison, reporting.
„X Drafting of offers and terms and conditions
„X Administration of new starters
„X Graduate Recruitment: Update all University Websites and Career Offices with relevant details. Maintain and develop relationships with University Careers functions. Carry out all administration for Assessment Centres and ad-hoc interviews.
„X Scan recruitment CV databases to enable access direct to candidates.
„X Ad hoc projects within HR Department as directed by HR Manager.

Skills, knowledge and experience ¡V essential:
„X Word/ Excel Intermediate
„X Good organisation and administration skills
„X Administration experience
„X Good verbal and written communication skills
„X Confidence to deal with candidates, suppliers and with managers at all levels of the business.

Skills, knowledge and experience ¡V desirable:
„X Previous administration or HR administration experience

Qualifications/Education:
ƒÞ Educated to degree level preferably having achieved a 2:1 or above
ƒÞ 3 A levels (or equivalent) at grade B or above
ƒÞ GCSEs or equivalent to include English Language and Maths at grade B or above
