cheers moosehunter, when am I due to take your griff out again
No-one hurt and no other cars hurt (thanks for the concern chaps), I have lots of cuts on my hands from trying to push it accross the road, bit of an arse with one wheel steering itself (with the help of two others, cheers chaps who ever you may be)
Calmly waiting for the engineers report, write off or not??? Anybody had any experience of actual payouts on chimaera's? (mine was/is a 4.0HC 41k 1995 with FSH)

Ouch that's nasty - commiserations.
Moosehunter - Do you think he meant to do that - straight dry road and expert driver - heart attack, black dog, mechanical failure, aliens, or was he suicidal?
Cheers, but I definitely did not mean to do it, I rotated 2-3 times whilst remaing in one lane starting at about motorway speed (a topgear challenge once I beleive), unfortunately meeting with the central reservation to start, bits of my car being sprayed along the motorway, bonnet is still orbiting the moon I beleive. Lucky Moosehunter - Do you think he meant to do that - straight dry road and expert driver - heart attack, black dog, mechanical failure, aliens, or was he suicidal?

are kept suitably warm.
PS i guess you won the "how may days in a row my tvr is potentially drivable" competition. I've fallen at 55days.
after your rocky start, I must take my hat off to you

If only you could get it started and strap a couple of torches for headlights to the front wings you may only loose a day or two on the "availabe to drive" spreadsheet
Left mine in the garage today so don't worry you won't be reminded of the joys of TVR ownership when you come in this morning. Don't be late today, eh !?

so any more details on you spannered the car into the barrier on a dead straight road, NOT driving like a knobber?
mechanical failure? ice?
I know the moose man was talking about hell freezing over but it honestly isn't that cold down here so no ice. I can only think to some sort of failure, as, although the car is pictured on the hard shoulder I was in the outside line for the whole incident. mechanical failure? ice?

I had noticed the track rod end was not connected to the hub
(after the incident of course), but after having all my blood thrown to the outter extremities of my skin due to my rapid Piroetting
I think a second look may well be worth itAs to the not driving like a Knobber thing, may be in the name but no I wasn't.
