'Must do' tracks to do before you die?
Discussion
I like Silverstone... good balance between challenging and technical; the one track I feel confident to max out a heavy and powerful Ferrari and the one track I can drive it on due to lack of noise restrictions
My current top UK track is Oulton park. Donnigton and BH closely following.

As the title says, which tracks, national or European simply have to be done while you still can?
Silverstone - home of British Racing. As a track its "OK" but its the "home of British Racing". You have to do it once.Brands Hatch - epic, epic track. I still have to do the GP circuit. But it *will* happen.
Thruxton - unique track. Nearly all the corners are high speed. I mean - its not often you brake to 100mph to enter the corner!
Echoing others, the Nordschleife is king. For full effect you need to drive it dry/wet/inter as the difference is remarkable.
Spa. There is a good reason why nearly all the F1 drivers nominate it as their favorite track. At speed Eau Rouge, Pouhon, and Blanchimont are breathtaking.
Its surprising how good Zandvoort is. Holland is so flat (especially there) that you're expecting Bedford boredom but snaking though the dunes is a really challenging and fun track.
