I have a decent deal lined up for the above car, 2000 W Plate, with 31k on clock in Silver with blue leather. FFSH and in very nice condition. At < £50k this is obviously at the bottom end of the 360 market, in the wrong colour with fairly high mileage.

What am I in for in terms of ownership? How they drive, what they cost to run and anything else I need to know. Advice really appreciated and yes I havent driven one yet.

Regards
Joe

Firstly, I don't own a 360 so haven't had first hand experience of them.

Ferraris are much more reliable than they're given credit for so, as long as it's serviced and looked after it's not all that expensive to run one.

50k is cheap so is it ready for a service or tyres for example or has it been ttted? 6k service is £600 and an 18k service is a grand which includes the belts. Clutch £1200. Tyres max £200 a corner. If it does need a good coat of looking at it's still quite cheap if you need another 5k to put it right. You could also use bad points to chip away at the price and once you've put them right, you know you've got a good un.

Most are garaged and used in good weather so don't rot too badly but it would be worth putting it on a ramp and checking, but you'd get it checked by a ferrari engineer anyway I assume.

360s are a lot more useable as daily transport but if you can afford one, you can afford an old shitter for everyday use anyway.

Belts not due at 18k and are not part of the 18k service. Belts can be done for about £500 they are due at 3years or 24k service.
