Finally taken the plunge....
Put the deposit down on '53 plate t350c RR from SSCC, car is getting serviced this week and Im planning to pick her up on 1st Oct....cant wait!

Still seems a bit unreal, have wanted a TVR for what seems like forever but my dream is finally going to come true.. in a matter of days.

Yes its a lot of money, Yes its a big risk, Yes its expensive to run and insure....but try and keep the smile off my face (and i dont even have the car yet!). To me this is what owning a TVR is all about.

I look forward to meeting some of the other guys at the North East meets, and getting involved with a few track days with HHC.

Will keep you posted once i get the car!

Nice one!

I am picking my tamora up at about the same time from James Agger like the proverbial kiddie in the sweet shop

I have to keep pinching myself that it's finally happening

Tomorrows the big day!

Just ran the Great North Run today so i am hoping (praying) that my legs arent too sore tomorrow and I will be able to drive her all day.
Weather forecast is good, got the day off work, so its all coming together nicely.

Will keep you posted once ive had the chance to get to know her!

Good luck Neil.

The controls are quite civilised, so I don't think you'll have any trouble driving her all day unless you are really pressing on. And I wouldn't recommend that on day one!

Great news and welcome. I'm expecting mine back at about the same time too, after a small 'off' in the wet late July.
