High Gloss Shadow Line Maintenance

I've got the black gloss strips between windows on my X5 and they have a really oily appearance - is there any way of getting them back to a black gloss? It's really starting to look awful.

I use window spray on them

or a tiny bit of T-cut

Yeah, it does polish up very nicely.

Chemical Guys Wet Look rubber polish....does black trim (metal) too.

A touch of quality carnuba wax (e.g. zymol) does wonders.

Isn't t-cut a bit abrasive for plastic???

Yes....P21S Polish does a top jo. Not the longest lasting wax, but will not mark rubber or plastic and gives a 5* shine.
