I am looking for a simple sat nav system for my Mum.

It needs to have the ability to save addresses (do they all do that?), be simple to use and reliable.

I am looking to buy something this weekend and would like recommendations on what system and where to buy it. Does anyone have a special on at the moment? I would also appreciate advice on any other functions you feel are worth having.

Most sat navs save your most recent trips and most are also very simple to use now.

The more you spend the more you get. There are some good basic units on the market like the AA Navigator 6400 which i use personally. But this weekend i tried out the new Snooper Syrius Plus which has bluetooth and the screen on that unit is superb.

What sort of money are you looking to spend and are there any features in particular that are of interest to you and we will see if we can help.

Cheers

Cheap and cheerful really. I have had a quick look round and the Tom Tom One looks pretty good value for money at £139.99.

Anyone any experience with it?

Hi

Nope not used Tom Tom. My mate does and says it is ok but it is all so gimmicky. The best value for money i know of at the minute is the AA 6400 I think that is £129.99.

Speak to Sam on 01935423888 he will sort you out.
