engine trouble

hello i have snapped my timing chain and 2 camshaft followers. i have been tryin to get to the timing chain so i can replace it but i'am having trouble getting the flywheel of, does anyone know or have any ideas that may help me getting it of and also were i can buy a new timing chain and camshaft followers.
