350z what's it worth??

I'm thinking of buying my friends 350z but i'm not sure what it's worth, so i thought that i'd ask all you experts out there your opinions and see what we come up with.
so the car is an import from first registration, 0 miles on the clock when bought in December 03, so it's on a 53 registration. I understand that this is called a fairlady then, although the car has been fully debadged and looks sweet..
It has leather interior, pioneed 7" screen sat nav / dvd fitted, the larger wheels, are they 18" the bigger ones?
25,000 miles on the clock, with full service history, one owner from new, 6 speed manual, brembo brakes and an air induction kit on it. It is in mint condition.
What's it worth? if you were buying it? or what would it sell for if he was advertising? (there is always a difference).

The way I find out how much a car is worth, is by looking at autotrader/PH/owners club for sale section to find ones similar and base it around that. I'm sure the 350z club has loads for sale that could be of similar specs and give you a ball park figure (Then knock a grand off it for 'mates rates'
