Will there be 12 different looking chassis in 2008?

Well according to Mad Max there MUST BE:
FIA president Max Mosley believes that the sport's governing body will have no choice but to punish McLaren further if there is any evidence of Ferrari-inspired parts on their 2008 car. The design of McLaren's future chassis will be evaluated by the FIA later this year to ensure that it is free of any components that could have been inspired by intellectual property from Ferrari. Mosley has warned that the FIA will have no hesitation in taking action if they feel there are questionable parts.
Surely Mad Max can not have one rule for McLaren and not the other teams?
So BMW will have to removed the McLaren engine cover fins, Williams will have to scrap the front over the nose wing and probably other teams will also have to amend their cars so that all cars are different...
Stupid? Maybe, but if Mad Max hits McLaren next year for anything that looks like it appears on the Ferrari then the whole F1 grid should up sticks and walk away, leaving Max and Ferrari to have their own love in!

12 different cars eh... I think, that to make sure each car is different, each team should be given a theme on which to design their car 
One could be in the theme of an old american gangster style car
Another could be lumber-jack based, and army based, and goth-based.
