Excuse my ignorance on the whole matter and please don't take my comments personally as I am directing them at the subject not the originator of the thread, but why is any of this interesting when the sport is rife with cheating and Ferrari are (allegedly) the biggest cheats of them all?
I regained a little interest in F1 when LH arrived on the scene but to be honest I couldn't give a rats ass about it after this pantomime.
My thanks to Apache for coining the above phrase in another tedious thread about the succesful businessmen Bernie Ecclestone and Max Mosley and the small matter of some men driving round and round some asphalt in very fast cars in various countries around the world.

All interesting stuff. Especially the one about the F1 business finances.
Compare that with Gordon Kirby's article about CART spreading out.
CART have tried Oz and now Europe even though the team's sponsorship is based on US business. F1 seems to be chasing the monwey in the East even though the teams current funcing does not really come from that direction - yet.
The Spyker deal may be a sign of things to come. Not only Call Centres are being offshored.
Will anyone care?
Jacques Villeneuve has, apparently, just had a good first outing in the NASCAR Truck series. Maybe Lewis should get some oval experience just in case ...
