Can somebody point out all the earth locations please?

Mine's not right at all! If it rains I can turn the ignition off, the engine dies but all the dash lights stay on - alternator, oil etc - if I put my foot on the brake everything goes off, take my foot off and everything comes back on! Temp gauge is always at max, oil gauge reads 20psi above normal, rough running and cutting out....

It's a complete nightmare!

Any help appreciated, cheers

Is that a hint to stop being so lazy and do some PH research? hehewink

Cheers, will take a look at the wiring on the alt, at least it's a starting point.

No matey, I've a feeling it could be over 2 years old & not sure the search engine will go back far enough? Apart from that its a bit of an oddball search ~ but I'm sure I remember a similar topic?

Pages 254-256 int' bible.

One under the rad where the chassis bolts onto the body. Two near the dash but under the transmission tunnel and a fourth under the steering column UJ in the front wheel arch.

It could have been one of the diodes that failed in the 'cant quite remember it thread'. Pull the hazards & flashers fuses & see if that improves things.

Bad earths can cause some pretty weird happenings indeed, like turning the fan switch and the wipers start going, that was the earth on the osf anti roll bar bush.
