I totally agree with the sentiment but given that the previous petition, where over 2.5 million people signed, was simply ignored by the government I think the chances of this making any difference are VERY VERY slim.

One other thing, It could be construed that, by signing for bikes to be zero rated in road pricing plans, you are implicitly supporting pricing for all other vehicles!

Same here. Although I can't see it making any difference in the long run, I mean we can all sign petition till we are Blue in the face.

Nothing to loose by signing, though. Today, there were only 330 signatures: if more people don't sign, then 300-odd signatures looks worse than not bothering with a petition. Bikers will look even more insignificant ...
