Air conditioning Pump

Ive just been informed that my air conditioning pump has given up the ghost - something about the bearings inside?

Is this a common problem with audi's - mines a 2001 A4 1.9 Tdi 130 SE.

Wheres the best/cheapest place to find a replacement - oh and a heater blower motor too.
