I don't know anyone in your area, as I'm at the other end of the UK, but they aren't too hard to set up yourself. There's a book on the subject which is pretty good: How to Rebuild & Power Tune Weber Carburettors, by Des Hammill (most of the specialist motoring bookshops should be able to get you one). I assume the car & carbs are standard, though if not, I found eurocarb ltd in Reading very helpful. I told them what carbs I had, and what engine they were on, and they gave me some good jet settings to start from. Once the correct jets are installed, and assuming the various diaphragms & gaskets are OK, balancing one carb to the other is a simple mechanical job (adjusting the screw in the linkage between the carbs), and the idle mixture adjustment can pretty much be done by ear (a slight turn each way on each screw to find the highest speed; do one screw at a time and adjust idle speed when necessary to keep it around 1000rpm). I reckon with the book and a Gunson Carbalancer you could DIY. Good luck.

PS. This webpage is aimed at twin Dellortos on Ford Pinto engines, but the principles of adjustment are the same: http://hometown.aol.com/dvandrews/dellorto.htm

Did you find Des Hammill any good? His book on the A Series was shocking in lots of ways. I wasn't convinced that the guy knew what he was talking about.

Not too bad in terms of how to set the carbs up, but his recommended jet sizes are definitely wrong (according to the UK Dellorto specialist, eurocarb).
