fuel pressure

among my list of to do jobs this weekend is to check the fuel rail pressure, have gauge ect, have heard that this should be 2.6bar, anyone know any different??

Sounds about right to me. Remember it's relative to atmosphere.

Also, check the coolant temperature sensor while you're under the bonnet - this can play hell with fuelling if it feels like it.

hi dave, did your guage screw directly into the fuel rail, just checking to see if threads compatable, 1/8"npt.

My gauge screwed straight in on both cars. I doubt you'll have a problem.

Give me a yell if you do - I could do with being distracted from tiling the bathroom.
