Oil cooler pipe connections - which way round?

Hi there

I have almost finished installing my new oil cooler and thermostat after the original burst, oil everywhere!!

I can't remember if the oil cooler itself is fed from the top or the bottom (bering in mind it is in the original vertical mounting).

If anyone has their passenger side wheelarch cover off at the moment and could have a look I'd be very grateful.

In general, they're usually fed from the bottom so that air is pushed out of the top in the direction of flow.
