Mk 4 Golf 1.4 - What to look for?

After my previous topic about Golf SDIs, I've found a Mk 4 1.4 petrol golf as recommended on here.. cheers!

Now, I'm going to view it. What should I look for as common faults / parts that need repairing? It's done 93,000 miles

Also, bearing in mind the mileage, and it has FSH (not VW) and average condition, for a 98 (t reg) 1.4 E what would you be looking price wise for it?
