According to Planet F1, Lewis has said to the British press that he doesnt see how Alonso can be his team mate next year and would rather him in a red car, he also indicated that he would like to spend his whole career at Mclaren, but would reconsider his future if the team do not do "the right thing"!!
Lewis must feel pretty confidant in his standing within the team to make such a comment.

Everytime Lewis makes a comment he only rises in my estimation someone has to voice what the opinion of FA is amongst the paddock even if some comments are wrongly attributed to him.
The Grubby snitching blackmailer Fernando rubbished Renault as crap last year and claimed to the press that the team weren't behind him.This year has proved to be more of the same only worse.
I was happy to see Scheuy go after his synical attitude to driving standards and his teams stretching of the rules , but just like Brown replacing the Grinning fool Blair its yet another case of 'La plusque change , le meme chois'
Hamilton is a welcome return to moral standards in public life and I hope he insires more people from schoolchildren to politicians to act with dignity respect and altruism.

And if you saw his interview on TV today he quite clearly stated that he didn't make most of the comments attributed to him but that they were made up by the press. Never let the truth get in the way of a good story!
I'm sure he also mentioned how great he thought he was and how well he gets on with the team, his helmet supplier must be struggling to keep up.

He did seem to say on a couple of occasions "I didn't say that" and then basically go on to reiterate what he allegedly didn't say.

Some of the comments attributed to him in the press may be made up. But I swear in the interview at the front of the McLaren garage he denied something he had said earlier on in the coverage! 
(something along the lines of Alonso being disloyal to the team IRRC)I'm a big supporter of Hamilton and loved seeing him win today. But some of the comments he's made in relation to Alonso recently are not doing him any favours. He should stick to thumping Alonso on track and letting the Spaniard do all the talking shit to the press.

The rumours about Glock seem pretty much bang on the mark. A year's deal and then pick up Button or even Massa when a lot of the drivers' contracts are up next year (or keep Glock if he happens to come good after his rather "ordinary" spell in F1 before).

Nico Roseberg is going to Mclaren - alonso is going to have a year off ...
Nico's the best option - Williams are happy to sell his contract to get the extra funds
So as long as the Mclaren's sponsors are still onboard. I'm pretty sure Alonso is going to be on gardening leave next year. Either way Alonso will be with another team for 2009 - might be Ferrari or Renault

While I respect Lewis' achievements and ability as a racing driver, he has an air of arrogance and entitlement about his position in formula one. Nobody owes him anything least of all Ron Dennis and if he leaves the team after all they have done for him then in my opinion it is a sad reflection on his personality and loyalty. And no amount of talent makes up for being a prat
