Couple of girls I liked, a couple of PHers, the PH Team Modena Lambo session, and the Gumpert Apollo.

I saw the girls and whilst they looked pretty my friend and I both had the same initial impression, that they looked a bit silly and OTT. I'd have expected them at the Newark Americana. Something toned down a bit may be better aimo of course. Mind you, they would have got noticed so from a marketing perspective that would have been good.

They were the wife and the friend of one of my fellow RPM Viper drivers and were just having a laugh for the end of the season... Given 'their' car finished 2nd i guess they were doing something right!smile

Looking over the top was the whole point to attract attention to the car and the team. By the number of people and photographers that immediately swarmed around them, I'd say they achieved that.

Besides, as Henry said, they were simply doing it for a laugh. Personally, I thought they were both great fun, and I couldn't help turning into a bit of a stalker that afternoon wink

For the close up shots on the grid and the paddock, I use the Canon 16-35L USM MkII.

For the on track action, I use...
Canon 300 2.8L USM
70-200 2.8L USM
and the 1.4x converter where required.

Camera is the Canon 1D mk3

Steve

Great shots as usual.

However next time make sure I'm wearing a hat before you point the camera! I'm sure you had to compensate for under exposure due to the reflections! wink
