Dunno. Last year was massively disappointing: No Italians, no savings on gear and silly money just to get in.

Yeah, was a bit dissappointing last year and I don't even need any new kit!!

Then again I don't have to "need" it to buy it biggrin

Reckon I'll be there on the Thursday this year, don't actually need anything but it's an excuse to go sit on the shiny new bikes smile

The best one I went to was Earls Court 1985, (I think) all sorts going on, got to sit on a load of GP bikes, and there was shed loads of stuff for sale at reasonable prices.

Went to the NEC at the end of 2003 to have a look at the new (then) R1, after seeing that and the new ZX10/FireBlade, there wasn't much else to do.

Went at the end of 2004, and was so disillusioned that I'm never going again.

I'd rather scrub the block paving with a toothbrush.

they have moved it back to the end of nov this year so it doesnt clash with milan show (that was why the italians were absent before)!!

the italians are all going to be there this year cool

I will probably go as I need some new textile kit. I also want to look at the new bikes and the entrance price doesn't seem too bad.

friend and i are going - 1st time woohoo. £13 is not bad and it'll be a nice day out. i'm not expecting to pick up any bargains, but wouldn't complain if i found any. plus we get to oogle all the shiny new bikes and maybe sit on a few.

roll on 3 weeks time biggrin

I think you may be a little premature! (If you find this is a common problem I understand you can get help for it!! getmecoat ) The dates for the show are 23 Nov to 2 Dec.

after the probs I had with getting a test ride from Fowlers in Bristol ( not had licence for 12 months, but in the next week or 2 I shall have had it long enought). I'm thinking do I test ride at fowlers or wait until I go to the NEC and get it done then? I'm almost sure to get the Speed triple But want to try a few other's before I put my money down.

Suggestions, Do I wait until the NEC or test right now?

Once I know either way I can then buy a few items at the show for the new bike
