DIY oil change on BMW 120d

Hi, as the title suggests im looking to change the oil on a 120d at home. I havent had the chance yet to have a look underneath as its a friends car. Do you need a sump key or anything daft like that?
i had a look on a 1'ers forum but i don't think that anyone on it ever gets their own hands dirty!
