Hiring 'Super Cars' & Performance Cars - Suggestions needed

Hey all, I'm new to the forums, though I thought I'd start at the best place and ask if anyone has any recommendations of hiring companies, 'drivng experiences' at tracks in the uk?
I'm wanting the best possible service and the most track time (if its a driving experience???)
