Alloy cleaner

Haven't cleaned the alloys on my chim for 6 months so they are pretty engrained with brake dust etc. What are the views on the most effective cleaner? Thanks in advance.

Domestos Spray on bleach.
Spray on then quickly hose of with a power hose if you have one.

Wonder Wheels is good but so is Tesco alloy wheel cleaner. Dirt cheap too.
Spray it on, work it in with an old paint brush & rinse off.

Once you have them clean I can recommend MER wheel wax.
I wipe with a wet sponge gets them perfect on future washing
