Of to Asia for a week and a bit. Quite a lot of work, but then I do also get to see some cars whizzing around a dirt track in Shanghai at the weekend. Such a hard life....

Agree with you Joust but what a fantastic city - just off the Nanjing road is thelocal Ferrari and Maserati dealer - you have to call in.

Also get yourself down to the Bund if you haven't already for some fantastic night life.

Have a fantastic time...

If you mean the dealerships on Tomorrow Square, been there many times before.

It's amazing that something like a F430 is more than the typical person here earns in a total lifetime.

Just went out for a meal, 2 of us, 5 courses, as much beer as we could drink and it came to less than £20. We left a 50 RMB tip (about 3.50) and they came running out after us thinking we've left it behind by mistake.

Weird ecomonics, lovely city!

Off to the fake market tomorrow evening biggrin

Blurgh!

Fake market was closed by the time I got there, but did see a 40 minute firework display for the end of holiday.

Qualifying was excellent. Chatted to Murray Walker in the pits, saw Alesi and a whole host of other people.

Two crappy mobile phone clips

Sounds like your browser is shagged I'm afraid. Try un-installing IE and then re-installing from scratch (install Opera or similar to allow you to do it).

Shame about Lewis. Great race though.

Did you get hassled on the ay in by people selling (trying to sell..) binoculars? When I went a couple of years ago there was Chinese vendor every few yards around the perimiter with a sack of binoculars. Don't know why they thought we all wanted them!
