Tuscan in cartoon

It's the page 17 cartoon from this week's best selling (1.4 mil) German weekly magazine. The cartoonist is popular for making fun of the German numpty society, and this is his annual go at the traffic jams at holiday start. He probably used the Tuscan, because he's not creative enough to draw an own invention. IMHO 97% of the readers don't know, that the car on the placard exists indeed.
(note that he wrote that ESP and ABS are standard equipment on the bottom of the advert)
