WTD: Freelance web developer

Hello all,

I need an experienced freelance web developer to work with me on internal and external web projects ASAP. Working typically on small to medium customer websites and web applications.

Key skills required:

- HTML/ASP
- PHP
- SQL
- Enough graphics understanding to take a design and cut it up

Additional skills that would be of benefit:

- Flash
- Familiarity with the Joomla CMS

Further requirements:

- MUST be UK based
- must be individual freelancer available to work on both project and hourly basis
