We've got work coming out of our ears, but a little more wouldn't go amiss and anyway, I quite like scaring the competition

We're already doing a massive student discount, fixed prices and no extra charge on sundays. Lollipops worked well with the students when we trialled them and we may well limit them to student nights in town.

Theres a cool arrangement we have with some of the nicer bars in town, where the door hosts order cabs on behalf of the customers. Triple whammy here... great service for the customer, gets people away from the door quickly so makes the security firm look professional and also the customer can relax inside the bar until we actually get there, rather than stand in the pissing rain.

I just wondered if you guys had tried and tested marketing tricks you could impart to me? I'm all ears really, as I want to really take this business to the next level.

I assume you already do something like the following, but in case you don't

Business card handed out to the punter on the journey at the start of the night, with a 10% discount if they call you for the return leg.

More seriously, have you targeted contracts for nightclub staff. Quite a few clubs offer their staff an end of night run home. Havings a guaranteed fare for a couple of 7 seaters every night cant be a bad thing.

We haven't got any seven seaters yet. I've got a 9 seater on factory order from renault but that's going to be nearly christmas. All because I want a red one! FFS

I am working on this but the licensing officer isn't too keen for some reason though...
