Rolex Blue Help

I have a Rolex Blue Chim 500 colour code P422 M3385U which I have seen posted on hear before. I am trying to get some touch-up paint but everyone I speak to has told me that they can not find the colour. A couple of companys have even talked with ICI who makes the colour and they cant match that number.

If anyone can help with what colour it is or where I can get some paint I would be ever so greatful.

TVR Bodyshop should be able to help.

Edited to add, that is by far the best colour for a TVR, especially a Chimaera.

It explains why ICI can't help - the paint code is incorrect apparantly.
