It's not come up on the news stories yet but the little ticker on the BBC sport page is saying Lewis is not going to be charged!!

just been confirmed on planet F1, FIA have concluded that a penalty would be innapropriate considering the conditions and have lifted the ten grid slot penalty from Vettel, perhaps Max hasn't arrived yet?

Errrr...charged with what?? On the public roads, if someone drives into the back of you, they are at fault for not keeping a safe distance.

Same goes for this. Cobblers, the whole sorry fiasco.
