Flashed twice in 31 mins on same day!
Discussion
I have been flashed by two different speed cameras in Wales in the space of 31 minutes on the same day same journey!
1st one on A449 85 MPH in 70 MPH limit and on M4 31 mins later 86 MPH in a 70 MPH limit. I have got two NIP's If I accept them I will get two £60 fines and 6 points on his licence. As I have only held a full licence for 11 months this means I will have to
revoke my licence back to provisional and
retake both his theory and driving tests. Pretty tough eh. Can anyone help please !!!!
Look for quotes from me.
If both tickets are the same force write a letter like mine (e-mail me if you want it) and argue both were the same offence.
These guys do *not* want to go to court. You might get lucky as I did with my three.
Otherwise you will have to find a kind relative who will take three for you to save you license.
Good luck!

DON'T ACCEPT
As different roads, each get 3 points, so licence will be withdrawn. If same force, contact them. Be humble, explain situation and plea bargain to one only. Otherwise let them go to court and do it then with CPS.
If two diffenrent jurisdictions, re-test it is.
Had some poor sucker fall victim to this before, pled guilty by letter to two offences, and lost licence. Had he been there, self and prosecution would have accepted one conviction, 4 points, telling off, but keeps his licence. Procurator Fiscal (equivalent in Scotland to CPS) said if he had noticed early enough he would have dropped one before court on getting plea by letter. Too late though.
