they are never sending tehm out like that are they?

that really is taking the pi$$ only ones up here i have seen have been plain white no markings at all.

...but most of them park *end on* so you cannot see the writing until you are level with them. Eg, too late.

I suggest fixing your number plate on the under side of your car. It's on the vehicle, it's visible from 30 yards provided the car is lifted with a crane...
