IS IT EASE TO CHANGE SPARL PLUGS MK1 TUSCAN

I wanted to have a go at changing the spark plugs on my tuscan, and wondered if it was an ease job to do. i know the spark plug cover has to be sealed with a sealent. Is it ease to remove the cover do you have to cut the sealent out? what type of sealent do you have to use to reseal it? i've changed sparks on alot of cars, but never even seen the engine on mine yet, if anyone has done it or has any advice please let us know.
