You could give New Image a try. They do powder coating for around £60+VAT per wheel.
They did a fantastic job on my alloys - powder coat centres and diamond cut polished edge for around £120+VAT per wheel.

i'm slumin it in a 2004 1.8 focus edge with 17 inch tsw multispokes.also got a 1994 range rover 3.9 to just waste my money
