I am considering buying a Tamora before end of year. I viewed one recently that has had quiet a few jobs done at 12k miles,ie new shockers all round, new droplink,9 shims replaced on tappet adjustment, a couple of oil leaks from engine resealed, its not been driven hard, no track days according to owners, any comments please?

Probably. Dampers might have been an elective upgrade. 12k is the first shim adjustment (full) service and the engines do 'run' (read use/leak) oil.

Its not uncommon for speed sensors to fail and they're not always quickly replaced. Check the documentation and visible signs of use reconcile with the odometer.
