What do you use to stick the bonnet "foil" to the bonnet
Discussion

I've no doubt it's got a proper name. "Carbon fibre heat resistant TVR £3000 A square metre super foil" or something.
But mine's hanging......I'm talking about the foil still.
To a point, where the alternator / air con belt has worn a nice triangle shape in the loose foil.
The rest of it's hanging down, and I'm worried it's going to clog something up in a "plastic bag hanging off the handlebars, getting caught up in the front wheel, throwing me over the handlebars" stylee

What can I use to stick it back on ?
The temptation is super glue, but I've got horrific visions of it burning a hole through the fibreglass or something.
You can tell, I don't have much luck with cars.
Russelm - Use a decent Contact adhesive like Evo-Stick. Or if you want to patch up the bit that has worn, then this may help

I used spray adhesive from Maplins very successfuly. It is on the 'cool side' of the insulation and I havn't found heat to be an issue. You just need to be a bit carefull when you spray it because it is foul stuff to get of bodywork etc. The nozzle on all the spray glues have a flat narrow spray pattern so a test spray on a piece of newaspaper to work out where the stuff is going to go is highle recomended!
