skyline space saver

are all the skyline wheel stud spacings the same if so i am looking for a space saver for my cerbera,as i know the r34 fits ,i prefer a wheel to a can of goo in the tyre which does not always work,im in the uk .

There are 4 and 5 stud Skylines but the 5 studs are 114.3 pcd as are many other jap cars
