yep into a local dealer today and he's selling his demonstrator car for 29950 on the road with 9k miles on it already. Was used by the regional sales manager. Anyone interested can pm me for dealer details etc but beware they are Glasgow based so it might be a bit of a drive home.

I think you get the first six months depreciation the day you drive off the forecourt, so that`s about right.

Still think the year 2 depreciation depends on how many Vauxhall sell and wether they have to touch toes on the VXR8 as they did with the Monaro.

Bloody hellers, £9k in 3 months!

If that was a p/ex imagine what would have been offered - £26k perhaps?

I thought it was a demonstrator so never left the forecourt!?
Also Its not £9k as you can buy them new for just under £35k more like £5k drop. Which is still a lot.
Maybe Ill look again in 6 months smile It will be a new year and a new plate and a new budget (road tax)

IslandBoy threw a spanner in my RHD import plans. ESVA looks very scary.

Demonstrators are used by the joe public for test drives and usually by salespeople to commute from home to the dealership. Expect the 9k miles to be a tough 9k miles.

9k Miles in such a short period are probably going to be all motorway miles, from the sounds of that car if it was a regional managers car will have probably had an easy life, just going to and from meetings.

Some demonstrators do get hammered but most are just sat in rush hour traffic all the time and the majority of people doing test drives are sensible, well ours are anyways!
