Nice title for the thread.

Was it specially written for those who have recorded it while they were watching the F1 and were going to watch it later?

Thanks. redcard

Sorry mate!

Can't change the title once it's posted....

Should have watched the Supers first - anyway, the F1 finsihed way earlier than the Supers, so you cuold have watched both....

But you still should have watched James first....

A mod might sort the title...

Great results...great race....isn`t British Sport doing well at the moment...I hope JT gets a mention in the 10 oclock news tonight...we could have a new national hero in the shadow of Sheene if JT can make a significant impact on Moto gp next year.

Maybe a mod can change the title. I know it's a bike forum an' all, but many people do record it and watch it later, for whatever reason, and posting the result in the title is a little inconsiderate.

Not getting at the OP BTW, as i'm sure it was just an oversight.

I'm not blinkered and watch all forms of motorsport.

It must be sad to only have one interest. wink

Busy day so recorded F1 and WSB race one and was planning on watching race two live then an urgent phone call upset my timing so I recorded that as well while continuing to catch up on race one.

Just browsing the site in between and saw your post but not to worry, I suppose, as it was virtually inevitable unless there was a similar incident to race one and he couldn't pull off that amazing save in the gravel.

Jeeez, bloke posts a forum to congratulate a national hero, then gets flamed for not being a mind-reader. Get a life.
Good on JT, well deserved. Nice to see Troy Bayliss pass in a way so as not to screw things up [another top bloke].
As for news coverage, well, suppose all we'll get is the fact that Lewis Hamilton [though he seems a breath of fresh air in F1, and I love to see Alonso get stuffed] [is he related to Pedrosa d'you think?] has crashed out of race.

Well done JT. Just a shame he his form (or is the the Honda's?) has taken a bit of a slide in the last few races.

Lets hope he does OK in Moto GP although I fear the move will be as good for his career as it was for Hodgeson's

Agree about the title, would be nice to change the title to say '2007 WSBK Champion is........'

Do agree with the sentiments of the title.

Well done Toseland, just finished watching it and stayed away from PH Biker Banter till I finished watching it.

Neito had a good two races. What happend to Max Neukirchner in that race? He was ahead of Toseland and then seemed to disappear..

Great result, awesome to get a British champion!! Fitting end to his WSB career.

ETA: Just saw what happened to Max, slid off after the Main Max had his big 'Moment'

I have one thanks macdeb, and so does a lot of people who can't actually watch something straight away which is why, on most forums, topic titles do not include results like that within minutes of them happening.

They often add words like 'spoiler' to indicate that it contains information that you might not want to read immediately.

If you notice we had both apologised to each other regarding what we had said before you posted your response so maybe it's you that should get a life.

I live abroad so don't see local UK news or read papers - did JT get any news coverage at all in the press? I seem to remember that he got very little that last time he was the champ - it's such a shame . . .

Ditto...the BBC didnt give it a mention in the sportsround up this morning but gave plenty of space for the cricket scores zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Anyway, well done James T, look forward to him winning a MotoGP title within 3 years maximum now!

thers more chance of seeing that squadron of flying red pigs landing in your back garden than seeing/hearing a mention of jt in the british press, absolutely disgusting treatment of a true brit hero.............
