I'm about to buy a 4.5 in a couple of weeks, still looking at the moment and wondered what sort of figure I would be looking at for filling up one of these babies ?

Any takers....

Depending on price per litre and if Optimax, it is between £40 and £50 per fillup.

Optimax at roughly 81ppl, 64 litre tank = £51

Unleaded at roughly 72ppl, 64 litre tank = £46

I normal filled up at about 55 litres, as you are never sure by the fuelt gauge!

Thank alot, I'm paying about £35 to fill my car up at the moment, so not much change then.....except the possibility of filling it up more than ONCE per week :-)

Ours is usually low £40's, but I tend to fill up before it gets dangerously low, as I don't trust fuel gages (no matter what cars it's on). The thing to remember is at 16-18mpg (which is the normal average), you only get about 220miles from a tank !

Edited because I can't spell !

2nd all of that, usually get around 200 miles per tank if booting it around town, nearer 240 if motorway driving. Average 15 mpg. £45-£50 to fill up with optimax.

Not tthe cheapest cars to fill up but any excuse to start it in a petrol station and blast away!

In my G500 - Yes!
Definately makes a difference on mine over standard unleaded.

I used to use Optimax about half the time in the Chimaera, regular unleaded the rest of the time.

On the Cerbera I've only ever used Optimax.
