Assume you mean retrim the outside/exterior of the roof panel? If so, try AutoStitch or Gibson & Turner, both pretty local to Pontypool, Autostitch are now mobile. Haven't got numbers to hand but PM me if you need any further info!

Autostich in Blackwood put a new rear panel on my Chim, no problems.

Leisure Trim in Ponthir near Pontypool, did a whole new roof on my previous TVR S and did a refurb on its seats. Again no problems.

I got quotes from BAS, but they were expensive.

Here's another vote for LeisureTrim. Last number I had for him was 01633 430606.

He made and fitted the Cabriolet hood on our Metro which was almost indestinguishable from the factory job. Brilliant, on time and not a penny more than the quote. Looking forward to taking the 2002 there in the new year.

now had my roof panel recovered by autostitch in blackwood he did a good job of it and i was pleased with the price
