330ci 03 plate - More power?

anyone have any good experiance of increasing the power of a 330ci? Just got mine and although love it still feel more power in needed. Also are there any LSD's i can have fitted?

Easiest long term to just part exchange for an M3? You will only lose money on modifications. But if you really want to, supercharging would seem the way forward.

Not sure I agree. There are a few companies that offer big claims on BHP by chipping. I have 2 friends who've done this to a 330 and they both got about 10-15bhp extra for approx £400. Not a bad return if you're happy with the car otherwise.

But 10-15 bhp is hardly a big increase in BHP! I agree that if the OP already has an itch for more power, having only acquired the 330, surely the way forward is exchanging it for an M3.

Supercharge it! That's what I did, well to my Z4 (same engine) It will not only be more powerful than an M3 but it has shed loads more torque making it not only quicker in real life but much easier to drive, you don't need revs all the time. Plus it's something different isn't it

True, it's not a big increase in BHP, but if the OP could afford an M3, I don't think he'd be askign the question of how to get extra power from a 330
