I moved it.

We have a forum for car related stuff and a forum for non-car related stuff.

I moved it to conform as there are plenty of people who steer clear of P&P who might relish this thread.

Simple rule to apply when starting threads: if it's car related, please don't put it in P&P.

Not at all. I just don't want to see P&P become the default forum for all posts regardless of topic. I created the P&P for non-motoring topics and I'm keen that motoring stuff doesn't get lost in there.

I posted a non-motoring topic in P&P and it was whisked off to a forum I didn't know existed - Sport. It wasn't proper sport - it was pub-chat sport, better suited to P&P. IMHO.
