I won Sent name and address, reply from shell, stating tickets will arrive very shortly and gave a customer care line number to call, well pleased.

I've had competitions like this before from Shell, they gave away leaflets in the stations.

Yes just telephoned the customer care line, yes its Kosha, Shell are actually promoting and giving away tickets, will arrive within 10 days

I rang customer services to find out what sort of tickets they are. Unfortunatly they didn't know as they only deal with the SMS side of things.

The tickets should be wih you in 10 days though!
