If this has been posted before then apologies, if not, what a hoot.

Anyone got any opinions of laptimers for either track days or racing etc? are they even allowed?

laptimers arent allowed at all as it invalidates the trackday organisers indemnity insurance

i used to log with my MXL dash then do a similar thing in video editing e.g.

Ok - so I've seen that track day insurance is invalidated if you use display items, but most threads i've seen acknowledge that if you use the vbox without a display then your fine....

Presumeably, vbox mini's (and the like with displays) are okay for racing?
