I am looking for a business e-mail hosting service which will host my company e-mails.

Could people give us their recommended business e-mail hosts ?

So far I have looked at yahoo and also Google Apps and RackSpace

Top at the moment is Google Apps.

Any others I have not come across which are recommended ?

Any help much appreciated.

I can definitely recommend Google Apps. I was recently talking to the IT Director of a consultancy who has 5000 users on it. We have around 40 users on it & I'm very happy with it.

You may want to look at Zoho Mail ( http://www.zoho.com/virtual-office/ ), we use the CRM tool from them & are impressed with it.

This is exactly what I found with it. It's become bloatware. Try AVG antivirus - it's free and very good.

So my current e-mail / website host can't explain why some e-mails sent to me never arrive at my main company e-mail address, but happily arrive at my "spare" Yahoo account and any other recipients.

Therefore, I feel the need to move. Could also do with some kind of web access to e-mail and calender plus mobile access. Oh, and need to host the web-site too.

Is this where our kind sponsors come in ?

smile Check out the links in my profile.

If you want full blown outlook web integration (online calender / mobile synchronisation etc) then you'll need a dedicated server with Small Business Server or something similar installed.

Either way drop me an email if you want to chat wink

Not forgetting your IMAP access and the wonders that can be done with the Nokia PC Suite and automatic syncronisation. I take the entire company everywhere with me and all I use is my trusty old Nokia biggrin
