TomTom 910 in the US

Morning all,

I'm travelling to the US tomorrow, and plan on bringing my 910 with me. Is using it there as simple as using it here, ie turn it on when we get there and it finds itself, sort of, or is there any sort of procedure to it that's different?

You need to go to 'manage maps' and select the US one.

Used mine over there this year and I can say it worked a treat, just use it as you would in the UK. I found the instrucutions clear and easy to follow.

Thanks for the replies on this - I can confirm the above, it worked a treat once I switched maps, absolutely seamless. Brilliant piece of kit.
